Terms of Service

The software

Hexaliz Engine is provided as downloadable software. Local generation features are free to use. The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Subscription — at-cost managed cloud

Paid subscriptions cover managed cloud generation only: Pro is $14.90 / month and Max is $49.90 / month, excluding local VAT (collected by Stripe Tax at checkout). In return you receive that exact amount — $14.90 or $49.90 — of real provider API spend per billing period. This is an at-cost, pass-through model — there is no credit abstraction. Your allowance is denominated in real provider API cost.

• No rollover — each billing period resets spent to zero.
• Hard cap — managed generation stops (HTTP 402) when your allowance is exhausted; you are never charged past the cap.
• No negative balance — remaining spend is floored at zero.
• Reserve / settle / refund — we reserve an estimated cost before a call, settle the actual cost on success, and refund the reservation on failure or cancellation.

Routing intent

You control where generation runs. local never silently upgrades to cloud. byok uses your own provider key and is billed by that provider under their terms. managed_cloud uses your Hexaliz allowance.

Tokens

Scoped API tokens issued from your account are your responsibility. Revoke any you do not recognize from the account dashboard. Tokens never carry provider keys — they only identify your Hexaliz account to the proxy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hexaliz to generate unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or abuse the service. Generated content is yours; you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any inputs you provide.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops renewal; your current period's remaining allowance stays usable until period end.
